Commercial Pressure Washing at Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs, Oh

Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs, Oh was in need of a professional exterior cleaning company to take care of their gorgeous white building/hotel. There was a gray build up of mold around the entire property and fancy exterior structures. We were contacted and immediately called and asked questions to find out what they were looking for and what their expectations were. We scheduled a time to check out the project in-person to see how we would attack it and any potential obstacles and things we had to communicate with the property managers and maintenance workers. We then scheduled our commercial pressure washing project to be able to brighten up their building before the Yellow Springs Street Fair in the middle of June. They were very pleased and couldn't believe the results. We almost couldn't even believe how white the building actually is once all the mold was removed.
