"Meticulous" BlueStone and Concrete Cleaning in Oakwood, Oh

James in Oakwood / Dayton, Oh has an unbelievable bluestone and concrete patio / deck that he desires to keep in tip top shape and condition. This is the 3rd or 4th time we've serviced James' Patio dating back to 2022. We don't treat bluestone as a typical concrete cleaning process, due to the fragile and vulnerable nature of the bluestone. We use a low pressure process of treating and loosening all the dirt and organics on the surface with a soft treatment, and after some dwell time, give it a low pressure hose down, rinsing away the treated matter and debris. This allows us to completely avoid the slow wear and tear on the delicate stone that would incur with moderate to heavy pressure on the surface after many consecutive years in a row. This allows James' patio to last for even longer than imagined. Being "Meticulous" is exactly what we strive our services to be for our great customers, and we couldn't be happier that James described it as such.
